Develop multiple choice questions to test the knowledge/process area
The campaign manager creates (using the easy to use soLearnTM administration module) a bank of multiple choice questions which form the basis of the evaluation process.
soLearnTM randomly selects from this bank of questions and presents these to a member of staff in the selected group in a simple email.
Each employee gets a different set of questions. Employees subsequently requiring re-testing get a new set of questions (including a repeat of the original question for which they gave an incorrect answer), every time they attempt the exercise.
