It measures outcomes, knowledge retention and evaluates compliance with process and procedures. soLearnTM Virtual Learning Environment (soVLE)
soLearn can be easily integrated with your internal systems and intranet. However, if required we can also offer the optional soLearn Virtual Learning Environment (soVLE) which can host not only your soLearn system but also a whole range of written, visual, video and audio training and development resources.
Think of soVLE as a tailored intranet just for staff development and training. Materials hosted in soVLE might be specific training packages or computer based training (CBT) or procedure or operational manuals and guides. soLearn enables you to seamlessly integrate your staff’s evaluation results with signposts and links to training or other documentation. So someone who has not scored highly in a particular soLearn question will be guided towards the key documents they need to read or re-read in order to make themselves aware of the appropriate information. This tight integration of assessment and evaluation with key reference and knowledge/process documentation is a powerful feature of the soLearn and soLearn VLE systems.

soLearn provides a very cost effective tool to validate knowledge and learning. Whether it’s a company training course, embedding processes & procedures, implementing a culture change programme or skill based competency evaluation then soLearn is the right tool for you.
soLearn provides an easy to use and cost effective evaluation tool which can be tailored by you to meet your exact needs. However we also recognise that you may want to make progress very quickly and get started with some pre-populated questionnaires and knowledge assessment to baseline and evaluate "where you are at the moment".
