Example use of soLearnTM confidence limits
If a recipient scores in the Green Zone, this means that the respondent has given the right answer and has confidently scored 100% in terms of assessing their knowledge that their answer is correct. This is the ideal position in terms of knowledge awareness and represents minimal risk.

Confidence limits can be fully customised to your requirements. This could range from a need for 100% confidence on a safety critical process to much less where the campaign manager is simply trying to get a feel for the level of knowledge on a general issue.
