Confidence Limits
soLearnTM knowledge retention and compliance software Confidence Scoring
In assessing retained knowledge, soLearn does not simply rely on someone guessing an answer to the randomly generated knowledge retention questionnaires raised by the system. soLearn brings the added dimension of asking respondents to identify the level of confidence they have that their response to each question asked is correct.
Take an example of a user being presented with 4 randomly generated questions on say a Company procedure or training course they had attended. By chance they have a 25% probability of guessing the right answer. The confidence limits dimension challenges them to assess the confidence of their answer and from a management perspective adds a significant degree of sophistication when compared with traditional multiple choice questionnaires.
Confidence limits are very flexible and the campaign manager can set confidence limits to suit their purposes. It should be noted that there is no intention or desire that solearn should be taken as an absolute to decision making. It is a management aid and should be used as such. However, the following provides an indication of how soLearn can be configured in terms of analysing the results from your campaigns.
